When it came time to start his charity, veteran Tom Woods turned to non-profit Veterans Legal Institute for help. With a little help from the folks at VLI, Tom was able to establish Warriors on Track, an Orange County-based non-profit that helps veterans cope with PTSD and TBI with activities like yoga, meditation, paddle-boarding and sailing.
